Being a certified Safe 5 Scrum Master, I encourage my team to collaborate with each other, streamline and improve the process to achieve the desired goals. Currently I am working at Siemens Software, India a s Scrum Master. I have 14+ years industry experience. I played various roles in Agile framework such as Scrum Master, System Test Product Owner. As a Scrum master, I am responsible to implement Agile process such as conducting Daily Standups, Sprint planning, Sprint Reviews, for scoping the work which helps to improve transparency in the development team. Retrospective, Internal Consulting and 1 to 1 meeting helps to get feedback from the team members to which helps to improve the process, to build up the rapport within team members and to overcome the blocker, if any. I also worked as QA Professional and Domain Expert for Siemens product. Before Siemens, I worked as a Controls Design Engineer in Precision Automation Robotics India (PARI). PARI is a Mechatronics based company which mostly deal with Industry Automation domain. In PARI, I have independently handled different and challenging projects of Volvo, NISSAN, Volkswagen, Tata Motors, Suzuki etc. I have very good experience in PLC Programming, CNC Programming. I also have good knowledge of SDLC. I have versatile experience in different domains. I can handle the project independently and as a team.
