Contributed significantly to the Company’s profits by facilitating recovery of delinquent amounts through legal process through filing of ex-partee receiver orders, cheque bouncing cases, winding up petitions etc. Set up an IT enabled cheque bouncing module which greatly enhanced our recovery process and put controls on credit erosion. Set-up a decentralized national legal network through empanelment of advocates. Played a pivotal role in the design team set up for business process reengineering and helped in identification of system gaps and possible solutions.
