Specialising in employee background screening and criminal record verification, my job as the Sr. Team Leader- Background Verification entails just that. I also manage the Background Screening team with finesse and oversee the entire screening process. I have always aimed at keeping my team motivated and charged towards the goal; and we do better every time.
