I worked as a business development trainee for 4 months then I just got promoted to business development associate in BYJU'S the learning application( BYJU'S PVT. LTD.) Learn lots of things like how to communicate with the people, regarding sales I have done both inside sale as well as site sales. Then after that I started work as US it recruiter where I learned Finding the right person for the right job can feel so empowering. I love when I hire someone and they make big moves for my company. It brings pride and a sense of accomplishment. Some of my skills that can't be listed on paper. I have a knack for feeling people out and understanding what they are looking for and what makes them unique. I look at each candidate as a puzzle waiting to be solved and don't mind interviewing for one position but knowing they would be a great fit for another. I also keep in mind culture not just for the overall company but the individual work group. I see work life balance as not only balancing your time and energy between your work life and your home/family life but also in how your work day is going to make you feel. Example of this being that if someone is high energy and loves to hype others up, while this may be a great trait, I'm not going to put them with a team that value calm and peaceful work space. The same with the opposite I wouldn't want to set someone up for failure by putting them in a place that will drain them either.
