Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, guaranteeing top-notch customer experiences in the Incident Management process.Incident Coordination: Coordinate critical P1-P2 incidents from event notification to resource mobilization and escalation during recovery phases, ensuring swift resolutions.Team Collaboration: Manage collaboration among teams such as GNOC, Database, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering for efficient incident recovery processes.Problem Management: Coordinate Problem Management actions with Upstream and Downstream teams, facilitating root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.Deployment and Patching Support: Provide support in deployment and patching activities using Jenkins and Bitbucket tools, ensuring system reliability and security.Job Administration: Administer job statuses, promptly addressing Long Running and Failed Jobs to optimize system performance and minimize downtime.Bulk Provisioning: Conduct bulk provisioning of Paired SIMs and Telephone Numbers, streamlining operations and ensuring scalability.Data Management: Execute bulk adjustments by loading data through Putty, maintaining data accuracy and system stability.User Access Management: Fulfil User Access Management (UAM) requests through Service Request processes, ensuring timely access provisioning and compliance.Order Management: Correct Mobile and Fixed Line Failed Orders within the Order Management Life Cycle using UNIX and SQL Queries, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.Record Maintenance: Perform Disassociation and Association of KID, BID, and SID, maintaining accurate records and system functionality.Regular Reconciliations: Conduct regular reconciliations to proactively identify and mitigate future failures, optimizing operational efficiency and service reliability.

• Co Ordinate with other support teams in resolving the complex issues. Provide support during the minor/major release.• Familiar with Amdocs products like CRM, OMS, ODO etc.• Analyze the production issues by scanning the log files/code walk thru. Managing the system KPI/SLA.• Able to update scripts using SQL while fixing the data in CRM/OMS DB. Experience in Fixed Line of business.• Adherence to processes and standards defined. Ensure high system availability.
