In this role my key responsibilities include increasing Gross Written Premium (GWP), NOPs, improving unassisted business, enhancing journey UI-UX, building new features and functionalities to improve conversion and GWP, communication, and launching new products. During my stint here so far I have spearheaded initiatives that improved conversion for two-wheeler products and reduced the number of journey fields, resulting in increased conversion and GWP for four-wheeler insurance. I have also successfully managed KYC implementation and end-to-end launch across all lines of business (LOBs) for the website channel within the mandated deadline by IRDAI, with minimal impact on business. As part of my day to day job I collaborate closely with underwriting, call center, IT, claims, compliance, marketing, and other stakeholders to solve critical problems affecting conversion and digital business. We also conduct training sessions for team leads during new product and feature launches. I am also happy to share here that so far I have been able to On-board and integrate new partners such as User testing, Acoustic Tealeaf, GA4, Lemnisk, etc., to address key business challenges.
