National Retail Supervisor
Current Responsible for overseeing the day to day running of 8 Tyre service centers (TSCs), supervising a team of 35 staff and to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment. Carried out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations' policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities included interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, appraising performance, coaching, addressing complaints and resolving problems and ensuring sales goals are met. Manage the sales performance of the service centers by taking necessary action required to achieve the budgeted sales plan. Providing Monthly reports to General Manager and conducting Presentations to Management, as and when required. Handling the disposal of scrap tyres on monthly basis through proper channels. Ensuring brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, cash management and inventory management) are consistently met by all TSCs. Responsible for all branding related to Yokohama tyres and display the appropriate signage for products and sales promotions at our service centers and dealer outlets. Responsible for handling social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) for tyre division in coordination with Group CRM. Coach and motivate the team to exceed sales goals, retain customers, educate sales team about new marketing campaigns and products, and enforce corporate policy and procedure compliance. Assist with special projects and promotional events as assigned by management.
