Current• Recruit Candidates on all tax terms like terms like Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, EAD, 1099 Contract for the US market.• Sourced candidates through various Job Portals such as Dice, Techfetch, Monster, Career Builder and in our internal database and free job boards/posting/searches when required.• Initial screening of resumes and short listing of resumes based on clients job specifications.• Follow up on candidate status with Account Managers.• Very strong with networking and relationship building.• Strong Negotiation and Closure skills. Recorded applicant information accurately into company database to maintain accurate information relating to each individual and status of their submittals.• Involved in recruitment right from searching the internet for resumes, qualifying candidate, arranging technical interviews, negotiating billing rates, conducting reference checks, and follow up of submittals.• Ensuring the candidates join at the client place on the committed date.
