As par of Reliance Energy : • Responsibilities included heading an independent Profit Centre (Division) for the entire commercial activity for an REL division at New Delhi. • Driving a team of 100 + members for overall achievement of SBU targets through affective strategy formulation, implementation & follow up on same.• Full accountability for the various sub divisions i.e. Commercial, Metering & Recovery and all associated activities covering the broad sphere from receiving of an application at the Helpdesk of Division for electricity connection to ultimately realisation of revenue for the service provided and resolution of customer complaints/grievances. • Responsible for coordinating with the various local civic agencies & top decision makers of the area including MP, MLA and Councilors
