In the last few years of my quest of exploring technical domains like Programming, Machine Learning, Data Engineering and Analysis, I have wandered around only to realise that this very pursuit of learning advancing technologies to steer them in solving business problems ultimately drives my interest. My passion in technical domains started during my internships, though I like to believe the roots for which developed right in college through my affection for competitive programming. During this phase, I came across my first few real-world problems and witnessed the content to be able to apply my technical skills in solving them.I initially worked in the IT Services as a Software Engineer, building software solutions for our clients using skills specialised in engineering Big Data. I did the orchestration of a streaming data flow and revamped micro-services using Docker containers for loosely-coupled applications. We collaborated to always deliver quality product.Later, I worked in the Financial Industry as an Analyst to help provide business solutions for curtailing credit and fraud risk in the onboarding of new accounts across different card and non card products. I was able to acquire insights from external bureau data to assist modelling and strategy business partners to enable right intelligence in the decision systems.Currently I am working in the Logistics & Services Industry with the Strategic Intelligence team, designing data solutions and building business intelligence reports to provide insights for Global Market Demand and Competitor Financials in the Ocean, Air and L&S Segments for our respective stakeholders to help build progressive strategies for strong business growth.Overall, I am a data enthusiast, specialised in anaysing and engineering data, performing ad-hoc analysis to gain business insights using explorations and statistics. I love to explore across technical and functional domains to gather business understanding of various systems and provide solutions in enhancing or building new ones.
