Keeping properties occupied with qualified tenants through advertising, lead follow up, viewings for prospective tenants.Create rental agreements, select qualified tenants, collect deposits and rents, enforces terms of rental agreements, resolve tenant complaints, oversee eviction proceedings if necessary.Schedule maintenance and repairs, negotiate contracts with vendors, regularly inspects property to ensure it is in good working order, quickly resolves emergency maintenance issues.Keep financial records from property operations, create monthly financial reports for property owner.Keep open dialogue with property owner on vacancies, tenants, physical condition of property, financial issues.

• Taking an active interest in supporting approach to Corporate Financial and Social Responsibility.• Responsible for identifying and communicating opportunities for continuous improvement and greater efficiency.• Keep up to date with product knowledge by fully utilising the Partner Development Website and other resources available. • Use knowledge of additional services and actively promoting Insurance, Warranties and Credit Card.• Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly, courteously and effectively in accordance to Branch Operating Procedures.• Ensure outstanding cash handling in line with the branch target.

• Dealing with all of the recruitment needs & employment issues of the company. • Making sure that any promotions, transfers and pay rises take effect as planned.• Working behind the counter, handling day-to-day cash and solving customer queries.• Maintaining stock and handling customer queries and complaints.• Managing weekly payroll using Sage payroll.• Coordinating and Conducting inductions for new employees.• Posting weekly invoices and generating weekly inventory and sales report (WISR).

• Manage all in-store company processes and administrations in order to deliver operational compliances.• Support the floor manager to ensure sales floor standards are consistently delivered and shrinkage is controlled and kept to a minimum.• Planning and managing the team resources and workloads with other associates to deliver the stores operational standards- Sales, Markdowns, Door to floor, Merchandising Customer service, Damages etc.
