Vikrant is an MBA graduate from IIM Calcutta (one of the top three business schools in India) and has completed his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from IIT Roorkee (one of the top five engineering institutes in India).At Accenture Strategy & Consulting, he specializes in gap assessment, value identification, and process design for asset management in the manufacturing industry. He also brings expertise in designing operating models and governance frameworks for digital manufacturing.In his previous organization, Glassrock Traders LLP, Vikrant worked in a startup environment where he was responsible for revenue growth and profit maximization for the company’s e-commerce business. In this role, Vikrant focused on establishing processes for supply chain and logistics, digital marketing, and exploring new revenue streams.He also has an aptitude for financial analysis, which began during his first job at Futures First and continued through his subsequent roles.
