Shang-hua/Viktor Lee is a Ph.D. graduate from the Department of Land Economics, National Chengchi University and the director of the Department of Research and Development of Top Scene group. Lee specializes in analyzing marketing strategies adopted by construction companies when launching new construction projects; conducting off-plan house market analyses; engaging in housing market price–quantity-related studies; and making real estate investment and housing price forecasts.
