- Carry out Coaching and Assessments for National Electrical Technicians. - Plan and organize On Job Training (OJT) activities for them. - Prepare & Update Training Materials and Training Aids.- Encourage National Electrical Technicians to take active role in Safety Program, supervise and correct their activities if required.- Deliver coaching sessions on the Electrical Safety Guidelines, Energy Isolation and Control of Portable and Transportable Equipment Procedures, Implementing practical use of gained knowledge and skills on them.

- Carry out preventive maintenance, fault-finding and corrective/repairing works on all electrical equipment of the offshore & onshore Installations.- Check, countersign and approve as REP Work Permits & Isolation Confirmation Certificates (ICCs), Switching Programs for the installations.- Review Electrical Operations and Safety Procedures and amend as required.- Prepare Switching Procedures for isolation of complex systems. - Carryout switching operations and electrical isolations (Level of Authorisation up to 33kV) - Plan, organize daily activities for the Electrical Department and assist with TAR scope.- Find & order spare parts with close coordination with suppliers and manufactures. Check inventories and keep them at the appropriate level.- Support Onshore Engineering Team with Management Of Change (MOC) and new installation projects. - Ensure that all Electrical Department drawings, procedures and other documentation are kept up-to-date and available.- Supervise Electrical Department activities, work with contractors & vendors to ensure that the Best Safety Practice is followed.
