I am responsible for managing of our touchpoint NPS processes as a member of CRM Team. The tNPS feedbacks play core role in our customer relationship strategy, because we gain a lot of valuable insights, advices, recommendations from our customers and we can build the development processes on their feedbacks. These feedbacks concern all units of the whole insurance company, thus I have opportunity keeping daily contact a lot of colleagues at Aegon Hungary and I really enjoy it. The other important part of my work is the support of our customer service colleagues in their challenges through trainings (soft skill) and coaching sessions. I believe the most important things appear in a good planned training session and a safe, based on trust coaching relationship. These two areas provide me the biggest challenges and successes

Responsible for managing of account- and assistant team, campaign management, keeping contact with premium clients, new business acquisition.

Managing of marketing communications campaigns starting from briefing, rebriefing, quotation, timing, select- and lead of project team up to implementation. My main clients: Robert Bosch Gmbh., Epson, European Commission, Törley, Heineken Hungaria, Sony, Delonghi.

Managing of smaller markeing campaigns, account management, tourplans- and quotation making.
