As a management trainee, I worked in a cross-functional team comprised of Solution Consultants, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers.My role was to analyze the SRS in order to create a list of new features and enhancements, create product backlogs in Jira, brainstorm the UX design/wireframes with the UX designers, explain the requirement to the developer, take the continuous update during daily stand up sprint calls and demos in order to accept or reject the implementation.Catalog Creation:-I was fortunate enough to get an additional learning on offers configuration, I was given a high responsibility of configuring offers for the customer in the Catalog Manager, apart from that I was also managing the enhancements required in the Catalog Manager for customer specific offers configuration.

As a project trainee, I went through multiple training sessions which gave me an overview of the telecom BSS domain and the company's products.Also, I got an opportunity to work closely with an experienced product manager and also got hands-on experience in using and understanding the customer lifecycle management application.
