Responsible for defining the master production plan for the whole factory, in strong collaboration with production managers, including the requirement of workers and materials.Responsible for defining the medium and short term production plan at production line level up to the mixed model sequencing algorithm.

I had to decide, according to hystorical and sales fcst data, which model had to be produced to order and which for the warehouse and, for the latter, how frequently during the month (every month, every two weeks, every week). The target was to improve the delivery to request and delivery to promise data.
