Performs batch review and line documentation related to contract manufacturing of OTC and non-OTC formulas. Organize and review all batch registration documents to verify they are complete and cGMP compliant. Create COAs as an official document issued by a manufacturer to verify and certify that the product in question is satisfactory for the needs or requirements of the client and guarantee that the manufactured products comply with industry standards and criteria; promotes safe and clean working environment.

Create a new template and certificates in excel and word that detail the results, specifications and analytical methods of one or more laboratory analyzes to define that the product is suitable for release. Create, track, and review production documentation, including batch records and forms. Make changes to documentation (SOP, lot records, product specifications, etc) or create new documents. Work with production schedulers to ensure documentation and components from scheduled batches are available for use in production. Participate in Continuous Improvement teams and help implement continuous improvement tools in the area, such as visual management and standard work.

Produce small units of synthetic peptides on the solid base to supply these to the investigation of cancer, infections and cardiovascular diseases. Keep individual and collective technical records and implement security procedures to be used in the laboratory.

Periodically evaluate, analyze and categorize crude oil samples from oil fields by different techniques such as Titration, Gravimetric, Chromatography, Spectroscopy and Electrophoresis.
