Since turning 18, I have undergone training in electrical and motor controls NC2 and NC3, as well as RMO NC2. Additionally, I pursued studies in business management with a major in marketing. Following these trainings and studies, I devoted time to serving as a full-time missionary. This experience greatly improved my communication skills across diverse cultures and nationalities. I acquired skills in time management, goal setting, and creating effective plans. Notably, I served as a zone leader and by my hadwork and unique strategegies I was able to form a branch and eventually served as presiding over that branch.Upon completing my missionary service, I continued my education in another engineering field, focusing on biosystems. My academic pursuits honed my problem-solving abilities, proficiency in software tools, and aptitude for quickly adapting to various software applications. Concurrently, I held the office clerk position at our church for over five years. In this role, I oversaw administrative tasks such as preparing reports for auditing, managing budgets, handling finances, and monitoring attendance. I actively assisted the branch presidency in various clerical capacities.Furthermore, I worked as a virtual assistant for one year, managing two stores on Amazon USA. I was recognized as a top virtual assistant due to my exceptional performance. I worked in different European platforms like Amazon, Bol, Kaufland, and Cdiscount. My primary responsibility involved customer management, including informing customers about order statuses, addressing inquiries and complaints, tracking shipments, and corresponding with the warehouse to resolve irregularities. My efforts contributed to maintaining positive customer feedback and good account health.
