- Improved the customer facing API performance from 3sec to 120ms by enhancing the existing elastic cache with more robust pipeline processing. - Expanded the capabilities of PayPal Customer disputes API to include Merchandise, Account Take Over(ATO) and Chargebacks/ACH disputes in the PayPal resolution experience.- Externalised the merchant capabilities of this API as a GA product. It is implemented with event-driven data pipeline which process, enrich and publish events into elastic store in realtime.- Enhanced the product with more capabilities for marketplaces(eg AliBaba), large enterprise merchants and multiple paypal,Inc tenants(eg: Venmo) integrations.- Presented our reactive programming design strategy, evolution of our micro services and event-driven architecture in Great International Developer Summit 2019.- Planned and successfully executed the deprecation of multiple legacy services by providing the more generic product solution for both internal and external consumers.- Acted as cultural champion for Dispute Resolution domain.- Conducted Brownbag sessions among various teams to bring in innovations and opening up the forum for more technical discussions.
