As an established Engineering leader with more than 10.5+ years of experience takes a hands-on approach with a deep understanding of QA/SDET activities, QA metrics working with Engineering, QA/SDET, Release management, and Product and Program teams.Has a strong shift-left mindset driven by data and enabling teams to improve product quality at scale. # Responsible for leading [30+ Engineers] and growing a team of QA Leads, QA/SDET Engineers across various locations. Responsible for end-to-end ownership and consistently delivers results in a fast-paced environment. # Provide guidance and expertise on system options, risk and impact management, as well as cost vs benefit analysis# Successful track record of instrumenting tools, platforms, automation and processes at scale for frontend and backend QA activities (Unit, Integration, User journey, Backward compatibility, Failover and Load testing)# Deep understanding of QA automation workflows, CI / CD release pipelines, test environments across multiple products and releases within an agile development framework.# Experience with frontend (iOS, Android, Huawei, Web and PWA), backend engineering and QA/SDET teams to coordinate dependencies and release planning across different countries.# Experience in leading and reporting on deploying Release Candidates across multiple products in multiple regions.# Experience using various tools and technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Test Management tools - AIO # Experience working with DevOps teams to drive improvements in the Release Tools pipeline for automated tracking and reporting on release artifacts: JIRA items, sprint scope, bug report, test report, and release notes.# Experience developing and managing automated CI/CD workflows for various iOS, Android, web client platform apps and services.
