CurrentCurrently I am looking after Sales and Marketing in the West Zone for the all three brands of EXIDE( DYNEX, SF, EXIDE) brand with a team of 100+ and Managing a business volume of 1800+ Cr in highly competitive energy storage industry.Key Deliverable :1) Sales, Distribution and marketing Strategy and implementation tailored for the zone.2) Setting and Monitoring the KPI & KRA for my senior Regional heads.3) Maintaining precise control over stock, supply chain, administration, and budgets.4) Provide training and support to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.5) Continuously analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.6) Ensure that all sales activities within the zone comply with company policies and industry standards.7)Market Entry Strategy and Business model Innovation for the underserved8) Seamlessly orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, harmonizing various teams and departments to achieve our organization objectives.Key Achievements:1) With extensive distribution management and relentless focus on rural market , EXIDE brand is growing twice the pace of industry expansion in my Zone.2) We've transitioned from a modest market share to a commanding presence in Gujarat. By Implementing strong Distribution drive + Strategical initiative and relentless BTL activities.3) successfully Spearheaded a pioneer project of our company serving as pilot program in my zone, which ultimately got rolled out nation wide.
