Roles and Responsibilities• Monitoring to Servers (VRC & Madras House -VR Chennai) resources such as network utilization, CPU usage, hard disk usage and analyzing event logs and troubleshooting hardware related issues and Server Room AC Temperature.• Installation and up gradation of packages like Office 365, Tally \ Antivirus and other software according to the organization needs.• Yardi Application tools Supporting to User’s for Attendance reports.• Keka Application for Attendance report supporting• Cisco Switch & Router configuration and troubleshooting • Monitoring all HUB rooms and Server Room– Management Switch and Fiber cable • Smart Office suite tools – for Employees Attendance supporting to User Adding & Report’s.• Installing and configuring & troubleshooting POS Machine -Foodbox Cashe counter \ Foodbox Outlet’s - Rest \ Parking Level cash counter.• Desktop & Laptop troubleshooting – Software & Hardware issues.• Software and hardware installations and upgrades to ensure work is performed in accordance with company policy with our Registered Vendor asper Norms.• Utilize standard corporate tools to record changes, service requests, and problem activities for tracking purposes
