JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Making Invoice on SAP portal of IMFL & CL, Order creating and prepare MIS report. • Handling all types of shipments (FCL, LCL) and also Prepare Excise (Dispatch) Relateddocuments.• Update incoming/outgoing shipment, inventory and accounting paperwork daily, carefully checking for discrepancies in arrival times, invoices and revenue. • Collaborate with vendors and transportation workers to ensure efficient and on-time shipment of all materials. • Making vehicle gate pass on SAP to come vehicle inside the factory and also Prepare for outside the factory.• Control FIFO stocks, Man power handling.• Create detailed orders based on production needs to ensure all necessary equipment’s and materials are required. • Place vehicle for PAN India coordinate with transporters for maximum dispatch.• Have Complete Knowledge of Uttar Pradesh & Delhi Excise (Portal) Barcode & DispatchSystem.• Stock verification, PDI (pre dispatch inspection report), vehicle verification & updating alllogbooks.• Maintained order, shipping, inventory and invoice records in SAP.• Making Naksha and Aging report in month opening.• Maintaining sales order on excel sheet who’s received from Marketing Team and Plan TOdispatch accordingly.• Maintain excise duty register with portal, sale report with sap and physical stock, hourly circulate mail to inform dispatch break-up sheet with market orders.• Making online PD-20, Excise passes FL-36, FLB-11 Etc.• Knowledge of lot Card Implementation.⮚ Other Technical Skills• Excellent at creative& innovative ideas, Troubleshooting, purely dedicated to Work.• Working knowledge of ms-dos and power point, MS excel Achievements & SAP.
