Played crucial role in Vendor Approval for the First Time Suppliers in India for Insulators, Transformer, GIS & OPGW.Involved in Strategic Business Decisions like Trading of Overseas Supplies for Indian EPCs & Utilities, Establishment of OPGW Manufacturing unit in India under JV arrangement with Chinese Company, Beginning of EPC segment for OPGW Live Line Installation by successful Powergrid Assessment, Development of Joint Box, License Agreement with SERC for Development of India’s First ERS and Establishment of ACS Manufacturing & Joint Box in India. Became one of the biggest third party supplier of Insulator Products. Supplied & Installed 02 Units of 400kV-315MVA Power Transformer from China at Charanka Solar Park in Gujarat. Successfully headed the projects of Live Line OPGW Installation for Powergrid in WR1 & SR1 regions. (5000KM). Established PAN India Network of Customs House Agents. Lead the Joint Box (For OPGW) Development Project – an Import Substitute. Heading the team for Indigenously Developed Emergency Restoration System – 1st in India. – 100% Import Substitute.

Responsible for in-process inspection & Quality Control of Lead Acid Battery Manufacturing. Selected Contributions: Successfully developed Common Connector used to manufacture a Battery Cell by a Welding Process. Time Saving by avoiding frequent Mould Change Over, Cost Saving by substantial reduction of Lead Consumption in Connector on Per Annum basis. Worked in a Close Coordination with Production Team to implement Error Proof Manufacturing process. Part of the team and achieved Successful Implementation of Lean Manufacturing process.
