•Analysis of customer as well as production batch complaint and provide solution.•Testing & analysis of Blended polyol system & raw materials & documentation(SAP).•Daily quality performance report & Maintenance plan of processing equipment.•Risk Assessment of activities & equipment’s and Initiating measures to eliminate it.•Developing & Implementing Standard Operating Procedures.•Handling safety measures & documentation of records as per ISO.

•Study of Testing Standards received from R & D & Checking its feasibility In-house.•Testing of raw-materials like Rubbers & PVC parts.•Development of In-house Testing-Facility & highlight the non-compliance issues.•Involved in QA approval of component both local & imported which get in new projects.•Attend weekly review meeting for the projects and prepare report for internal assessment.
