To further streamline candidate management and approval processes, I automated the hiring requisition systems, increasing efficiency across the board. By leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, I was able to attract high-caliber candidates, ensuring that only the best talent was considered. My efforts also focused on cultivating and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through targeted social media strategies and various recruiting tools. Additionally, I oversaw the recruitment processes for diverse teams, including Marketing, Business Development, Technology, Finance and Accounting, and Compliance, ensuring that each department was equipped with the talent necessary to thrive.
