Take lead of overall export cargo movement on daily basis along with ground team. Having communication with other departments (eg : Customer Service & Custom Brokerage) to ensure smooth workflow. Responsible for smooth cargo movement from picking up from customer till deliver to the end customer. Ensure that all required documentation done for cargo submission prior handing over to operation team. Finalise MAWB, HAWB and Manifest once the cargo weighed and accept by the airline. Send out pre-alert email for foreign agents and consignee as well. Update FWB and FHL in airline system.
