I was working as a software consultant during the covid crisis. Worked on couple of really so exciting and challenging projects and delivered all successfully. During this period I faced really tough challenges and money debt too. But this period taught me lots of things and also I was forced to up skills my self.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS:My current profile in People Matters is the IT - Project Manager & Tech Lead. I’m responsible for managing all the Software Developments, Team Members, Infrastructure, Monitoring, Security, DB Administration,Connecting with Stakeholders and vendors, etc.1. Gave a major upgrade to the People Matters’ core product/website from that to this.2. Switched to Cloud Based Virtual Hosts and Clustered servers for better speed and performance.3. Setup load balancer to enhance site performance and distribute traffic.4. Leveraged server/client caching to reduce server/db hits and reduce response time.5. Setup database backup and master/slave replication6. Created newsletter subscription and mailing list management.7. E-mail delivery improved and designed mechanisms to execute and send emails in mailing lists. Setup DMARC, DKIM, SPF, Domains, Sender ID, etc.8. Created hooks receiver server to capture all history of email activities from MailGun. This server receiving 60m+ hits every month9. Used Git to manage repository, branch, release and deploy the applications.10. Launched many native/hybrid mobile applications.11. Developed CMS/LMS in Python, Django which is quite important for whole People Matters. Everything is being managed using this application. With many automated tasks.12. Opted for Google AMP, designed AMP and wrote a parser to turn HTML to AMP to serve.13. Published sites to Google News.14. Created REST API to get/set data with mobile apps and it's servers.

After moving from Tetra Media I was offered to lead all the existing products and work on new in-house products. My core role was to develop Trainer and Training Management System web applications with managing team members and other sub-brand’s websites.Achievements:1. Launched many sub-brands portfolio websites2 .Developed Trainer and Training Management System application for internal use

A FinTech Startup, has developed technology solutions for institutions in the retail finance space (loans, insurance, financial planning) and other tech works.I was in the core developer team working together with CEO & Founder to develop RupeePower.com. Programmed and coded all the logic behind mathematical calculations and understood process of how's loans and insurance works. I was the only developer who was working on coding and designing parts mostly.Few years after RupeePower.com was launched, it acquired by SnapDeal.com. And now it is known as CreditOn.com :)

Worked as a Software Trainee and handled various types of projects myself. This company was provided me platform to kick start my career.

Thanks to this company who gave me a platform to start my career. I learned lots of things here and co-developed many products with founders. Here I was the third person along with founders in the development team.
