Creating extraordinary shareholder value requires a unique blending of exceptional talent, creative strategic thinking, experienced investment capital and an aggressive implementation plan. Building and leading high performance teams is the hallmark of any success story and I have had the pleasure of demonstrating three successive exits during my career as Chairman and CEO resulting in nearly $3 billion of shareholder value. Disruptive technology companies including TSG, Neon Communications and Broadbus Technologies re-imagined the worlds of communications, video entertainment and the Internet itself. These experiences have led to several successful liquidity events that include two IPO’s and three M&A transactions. I’ve been a founder and CEO of several companies but at my core, I am an entrepreneur. Building durable and successful companies that have achieved “escape velocity” is one of the most difficult and most rewarding challenges in business. Speaking of "escape velocity," I have had the pleasure of designing and implementing a strategy for a disruptive, MIT-backed "Space 2.0" company seeking to build a network in Low Earth Orbit (LEO). That strategy led to the signing of the world's largest space technology operator...the US Space Force. In addition, this collaboration has created a $30 million book of business and an exponential increase in the company's valuation.We can "put a dent in the universe" by re-imagining new products and services that solve big problems. We can apply proven strategies, experienced capital and world class teams to enable a brilliant vision and bridge the divide between concept and reality. But, in the end, it all boils down to execution. Successful companies all have a bias towards action and mastering the art of tactical and strategic execution is their hallmark.
