o Remote Integration & Commissioning of Network Elements like Huawei GSM/CDMABSC-BTS’s, through OMCR from Network Operations Centre (NOC).o Remote Operations & Maintenance of Network Elements like Huawei GSM/CDMABSC-BTS’s, through OMCR from Network Operations Centre (NOC).o Remote Operations & Maintenance of Network Elements like Huawei GSM/CDMAM2000 which is OMCR servero Responsible for the higher level trouble-shooting of faults in RAN (BSC,BTS,Carrier Upgrade etc.) and RF domain of Huawei GSM/CDMA network , Huawei GSM/CDMA network.o 24 X 7 Emergency Support for Fault Management Team and Field Engineers on need basis.o Providing L2 support in the GSM and WCDMA for the project which handover to the customer.o Responsible for GSM KPI improvement through RF and RAN domain analysis.o Responsible for the efficient utilization of the Network Resources to provide better service to the customer and make revenue for the organization.o Supporting Field for the new cell sites integration, carrier upgrade, BTS Swap outs and/or any other technical support o Analyze Traffic and suggest ways to improve performance by optimizing the parameters of particular BTS.o Preparation and circulation of White-papers, Method-of-Procedures, Root Cause Analysis Reports for Critical Events.o Responsible for Carrying out FOA – First Office Application of New Software Patches / Upgrades in BSC’s & BTS’s in association with Vendor, and keeping track of performance post upload of SW.o Testing, Validation & comprehensive analysis on roll-out implications of new releases features and fixes.o Planning upgrade of the different components of network as per the utilization and the capacity of the N/W.o Fast learning of new technologies and features & requirements of existing network. o Giving global support from China for one month alsoSpecialties: Remote Integration & Commissioning of Network Elements like Huawei GSM/CDMABSC-BTS’s, through OMCR from Network Operations Centre (NOC).
