In my role in BAU support for CyberArk PAM Services at Comcast Corporation, I focused on enhancing security and streamlining operations and taking care of PAM PM (Project management). I onboarded multiple accounts into CyberArk PAS, including Windows service accounts, Linux, network devices, and databases, while managing application onboarding through the Central Credential Provider (CCP) with certificate-based authentication.I oversaw EKS cluster management and the installation of key CyberArk components in the production environment. My integration of Okta's identity management system with CyberArk streamlined user authentication and enabled SSO, improving user experience. I automated bulk onboarding, offboarding, and password management using Java scripts, defined security policies, and monitored system performance through Grafana.Additionally, I developed web-based plugins for VMWare and ESXi accounts, integrated ServiceNow for incident ticket creation, and implemented advanced IAM controls like multifactor authentication for high-risk accounts. My work also included deploying BOT accounts in CyberArk and creating Line of Business (LOB) users in the PAS Vault for secure account synchronization.This role allowed me to leverage a variety of technologies, including CyberArk components, HashiCorp, Conjur, Grafana, Java, and PowerShell, in a high-availability environment.

In my role supporting CyberArk PAM operations at S&P Global, I established privileged password management policies and managed user access at the safe level. I prepared accounts inventory and compliance reports while ensuring service reliability by executing self-healing scripts on DAP/Conjur standby servers using Ansible.I conducted regular IAM audits to validate appropriate access levels for privileged users and performed drain and uncordon activities on EKS servers before patching. I upgraded the CyberArk Central Policy Manager (CPM) and Central Credential Provider (CCP) from version 12.1 to 12.6, facilitated application whitelisting via PVWA, and integrated CyberArk with IAM tools for identity lifecycle management.Automation was key to my responsibilities, as I addressed non-compliance accounts using Alteryx, performed auto onboarding of DAP/Conjur accounts through ServiceNow, and reconciled passwords to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, I monitored database accounts, unlocking them when necessary, and created Lockbox accounts for securely storing non-rotational cloud application credentials.This role involved working within a standalone vault environment (Primary and DR) and utilizing CyberArk components (CPM, PSM, CCP, CP, Conjur) alongside tools like Datadog, Splunk, PowerShell, and SMTP.

In this role, I was responsible for the implementation and support of CyberArk components, including Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, and Private-Ark Client. I built and managed a high-availability (HA) CyberArk cluster environment in both production and development settings. Additionally, I integrated LDAP, mapped users with AD, and onboarded various accounts into CyberArk PAS, such as Windows, Linux, and databases.I configured privileged password management policies, set up session recording, live monitoring, and dual-control workflow approvals based on client requirements. My responsibilities also included conducting version upgrades, disaster recovery activities, and auditing user activities through CyberArk reports.I provided troubleshooting support via a ticketing system, managed daily health checks of CyberArk components, and resolved issues related to PVWA user login suspensions.

In this role, I facilitated the resolution of high-severity IT infrastructure outages, collaborating with the incident management team to ensure timely responses. My responsibilities included Windows OS installation and configuration, managing file systems, and providing administrative support for Windows systems. I consulted with cross-functional teams to integrate change, incident, and problem management processes, ensuring seamless operations.Additionally, I communicated updates to clients, managed real-time incident resolution, and escalated critical issues to executive and management teams. I also configured network interfaces, including IP assignments to Ethernet connections, ensuring stable network performance.
