This Zone is having 145 locations having total team strength of around 300 odd employees.In Jan, 2013, First Blue Home Finance Ltd. was taken over by DHFL. Since then, I operated into the role of Zonal Operations Manager till the date of my superannuation.Job Responsibilities:• Ensuring the fresh & part disbursements of cases as per process & policies of the company,• Ensuring regular training to the team of the process & policies. Getting appraised them of the best practices being followed across the industry,• Ensuring that the documentation part of loans is being strictly adhered to,• Authorization of high value loans for disbursements,• Docket Management. It includes regular reconciliation of files & dockets with the overall live/closed cases of the Zone,• Timely handover of title documents to customers of closed loan cases & faster dispatch of stock back to vendors,• Providing copies of loan documents in a timely manner to Legal & Collections teams as & when required by them,• Ensuring the aggressive follow up for timely collection of PDDs,• Providing back end support to Legal & Technical teams in locations across the Zone, • Floating Daily MIS across all the verticals for updated status of fresh & part disbursements of cases,• Getting the APF done of builder projects,• Ensuring the timely closure of books of the branches for monthly, quarterly & Annual closings,• Ensuring regular monitoring of BRS, timely deposit of cash/cheques in bank,• To motivate the team to increase the ECS penetration of live portfolio,• To ensure that all walk in customers are suitably attended in timely manner by the staff,• Daily monitoring of open SRs, Complaints & Escalations so that all such requests/complaints should close within TAT as per customers satisfactions,

Worked with Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Ltd- from year 2004 to year 2013Joined as AOM of Noida branch in year 2004. Handled disbursements, Credit, Collections, Accounts, Customer Care in this profile. Then moved to CP branch. After CP branch stint, worked as ROM in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi as Regional Operations Manager. Then got promoted to Circle Operations Manager. Handled locations of NCR, UP & Rajasthan during the course of this period. In between, in year 2012, Deutsche Postbank was taken over by DHFL & named as First Blue Home Finance Ltd.Worked with SBI Home Finance Ltd.- from year 1991 to year 2003Worked as Deputy Manager in SBI Home Finance Ltd. in year 1991. It was subsidiary of State Bank of India. Joined in their Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi branch & then moved as Branch Manager of Kochi branch. In year 2003, took severance package from SBIHFL. During the course of stint with SBIHFL, handled lot of activities like Credit appraisal of loans, disbursements of loans, Collections, Customer Service etc. Took care of legal & technical activities too.
