 Make the Customer Proposal Drawings and exploded Drawings.  3D part model and 2D drawings preparation by using Pro-E.  Preparation of cost sheet / should costing. Design calculation for hydraulic cylinders.  Various standard Buckling load calculation. (Like ANSI, DIN, DNV, Rankine Gordon, Euler and ISO). Conducting the Design review along with CFT, Quality and NPD team. Interact with customer for NPD projects. Design and validate the new product for In-house testing. ECN, ECR notes release thru wind-chill and SAP & Additionally preparing TS/ISO audit files.
