Key Result Area: -* Representing and making regular visits to the identified potential customers for Dressor Control valves and Sundyne Pumps & Compressors*Accountable for enquiry generation, offer preparation and submission [End Users & OEM]*Coordinating with HO and negotiating with clients for finalization of orders*Ensuring timely delivery of orders and their conversions*Maintain AR with in the range*Attend the commissioning and troubleshooting of the Sundyne make Vertical Pumps and Compressors*Installing and commissioning of the Rembe products*Making the AMC for Sundyne products and ARC for Dupont products

Key Result Area:*Coordinated with prospective customers to increase the spare business and new requirements*Mechanical seal installation, monitoring & submitting the spares offer in following plants Crude 1, 351, 312, 352 and GAIL in Reliance Industries ltd - Jamnagar, Gujarat.*Scheduling, Monitoring and Controlling annual shutdown activities for Mechanical seal accessories in CPCL - Chennai and CPCL - Nagapatinam.*Identifying areas of improvement & recommending process modification to enhance the performance of Equipment & Seal*Specialized in trouble shooting of industrial pumps, Agitator/Mixer seals, Compressor seals in Petro Chemical, Pharmaceutical & Power plants etc.,*Conversion of Competitor products to our Equivalent or better product.*Conduct seminar and training of seal assembly, installation and operation to new or existing users*Determine potential for replacement/up gradation required for incumbent mechanical seal, Bearing guard and Coolers.*Interacting with HO Service, Marketing team and Engineering team regarding Seals, API Plans, Valves, Heat trap issues.
