This was my final year Major Technical Project (MTP) under the mentorship of Dr. Varun Dutt• Single-handedly worked on developing SOTA methods for multi-step forecasting of air pollutantparameters for short-term and long-term forecasting of PM 2.5 values.• Developed models based on ANN, CNN, LSTM, Hybrid, and Ensemble architectures. Transformer-based architectures like the Vanilla, Reformer, Informer, and Autoformer were calibrated in the course of the research and finally we achieved an RMSE of 31.39 (short-term) and 61.97 (long-term).

Worked with the Microsoft's Search UX team in collaboration with IDC and Norway Development centre.• Achieved a milestone reduction of 67.99% and 70.27% on the p-75 duration of Outbound and Inbound Request to Microsoft’s Loki Middle-tier API (used in SharePoint, Office.com, Teams)• Migrated the API calls to RPC for the outbound SSMS API call performance and the update ofcaching Logic in the background to improve the latency of the incoming API request to Loki.• Wrote tests and added logging and telemetry from the Loki API layer for the feature• Analyzed the perf changes using Kusto Query Language in logged data stored using Azure Dataexplorer and created a Real-time dashboard to visualize the performance and for showing the alertsfor handling customer-related issues.• I presented my work to the Senior leadership in the India and Norway Development Centre Teamswhich resulted in return offer for a Full-time position as SDE
