Design , Implement, HR Feed driven centralized identity and user provisioning processes and integrate with various downstream systems . -Designed and Implemented employee kiosk ISIM ISAM based solution which significantly helped customer’s employees who cannot operate PC or remember UserId\passwords and opt their benefits with just badge Swipe and pin. It significantly reduced the number of HR tickets and thereby cost the company. -I was involved with the Leadership of security team in helping them implement two factor (Multifactor)authentication Proof of concept using OKTA and integrating it with customer’s authentication directory (IBM LDAP). -I was also involved in the effort to evaluate different IAM solutions by SailPoint IIQ and Saviynt which was their future road map to enhance IAM solutions.

I worked as security consultant for California based consulting company.I helped Motor company and Banking customer in integrating their key complex applications with ISIM using application specific User provisioning webServices apis and automating user access life cycle to that application.I as well worked on upgrading ISIM infrastructure from ISIM 50 to ISIM 60. for well known health care customer.

I worked as a lead for security team for leading Department Store company which failed SOX audit for their key Financial applications (KFA). I helped team in automating user access lifecycle via ISIM. Solution involved not only development of new ISIM adapters but also customizing out of box ISIM adapters to meet customer requirements.

I helped leading Home Appliance company in successfully migrating their email system from IBM Lotus mail to GMAIL. I had to implement complex data validation processes to make sure data used for provisioning is up-to date and clean. Configure Google ISIM adapter and workflows for implement automatic provisioning.

Persistent Systems has an internal test labs where I performed proof of concept for ISAM to enhance IAM skill set. I performed installation and configuration of ISAM and demonstrated different features offered by ISAM 7.0.

I helped Home Appliance customer in upgrading ISIM adapter infrastructure to key endpoints (ISAM, Active Directory ,IBM Lotus Notes ).

I worked with Telecom company where customer had its user repository spread across multiple Active Directory and user identities were not organised in AD structure which was biggest problem for customer to integrate authentication repository with any other applications. I helped customer to implement a solution where it needed to support Authentication and Authorization for e-Business Suite (EBS) Applications for users across all different directories (Active Directory). Solution implemented used IBM Directory server and IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator to provide centralized access control.

I worked for well known credit card company for managing user access lifecycle management to more then 5000 UNIX servers and other endpoints . Automated different user provisioning processes that helped customer to eased manual activity.

I was part of ISIM adapter Development and L3 team , where I had developed Cisco Unified Communication manager(CUCM) ISIM adapter , Rational Clearquest. I as well worked on enhancement to SiebelJDB adapter and helping customer to provide L3 support.
