It significantly reduced the number of HR tickets and thereby cost the company. -I was involved with the Leadership of security team in helping them implement two factor (Multifactor)authentication Proof of concept using OKTA and integrating it with customer’s authentication directory (IBM LDAP). -I was also involved in the effort to evaluate different IAM solutions by SailPoint IIQ and Saviynt which was their future road map to enhance IAM solutions.

I worked with Telecom company where customer had its user repository spread across multiple Active Directory and user identities were not organised in AD structure which was biggest problem for customer to integrate authentication repository with any other applications. I helped customer to implement a solution where it needed to support Authentication and Authorization for e-Business Suite (EBS) Applications for users across all different directories (Active Directory). Solution implemented used IBM Directory server and IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator to provide centralized access control.

I was part of ISIM adapter Development and L3 team , where I had developed Cisco Unified Communication manager(CUCM) ISIM adapter , Rational Clearquest. I as well worked on enhancement to SiebelJDB adapter and helping customer to provide L3 support.
