- The Senior Engineer - Cloud Operations is responsible for 24/7 availability for Druva, a cloud SaaS.- Assist front line Cloud Monitoring Team to ensure effective Infrastructure and Application monitoring to pro-actively prevent incidents.- Own cloud outages, product escalations to ensure timely resolution and maintain SLA for Druva services- Capacity Planning to ensure optimum performance with efficient COGS.- Plan and implement Cloud Updates/Maintenance/Patches, Configuration Changes to production and perform validation/verification to ensure successful deployments/bug fixes.- Perform Security vulnerability assessment and penetration testing routines and implement fixes/remediation.- Install, configure and maintain different DevOps tools for Deployment/Configurations Management/Monitoring. For example, Salt, terraform, Graylog, ElasticSearch, InfluxDB, Grafana, etc..

- The Cloud Ops Engineer is responsible for 24/7 availability for Druva, a cloud SaaS.- Front line support for Cloud Monitoring – Infrastructure and Application to analyse trends and pro-actively prevent incidents.- Respond, troubleshoot and resolve production alerts, cloud outages, product escalations.- Capacity Planning to ensure optimum performance maintaining cost efficiency.- Participate in Cloud Updates/patching/maintenance.- Assist other internal teams with information required to do the analysis of issues/bugs/customer escalations.

- Provide Technical Support to customers for Druva Products (inSync/Phoenix).- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.- Collaborating with internal teams on issues and their solutions.- Assist on Engineering/Product Management feature teams as a customer representative.- Facilitating customer communication, education, and retention.- Reviewing manuals, release notes, and patch documentation for possible issue resolution.- Meeting Service Level Agreements metric for all customer channels- Work in shifts with coverage 24x7x365
