• Manage all aspects of the SFDC , Incentive Comp, Channels & Marketing applications, in an Agile Scrum methodology in the Sales Operations process areas. Work with other managers in providing planning, implementation and operations of NetApp's information technology strategy. • Analyze the needs of functional departments and establish priorities for feasibility studies and delivery of solutions; provide testing services and technical support for computer systems, subsystems, distributed systems, and systems software; and develop new and/or modify the company's information processing systems. • Manage BSA's, PM's, Scrum Masters, Development and QA personnel to establish best practices, and systems processes for regular releases Deliver Sales Operations for the Lead to Sell area, new projects for Sales Operations and drive to zero defects in the application with each release. Improve the availability, reliability and supportability of the Sales Operations applications, including Smart, TrueComp, Marketing and Partner Database Management applications Deliver business requirements in a very organized and quality fashion, continuously looking at quality metrics and improvement from a delivery standpoint Collaborate, work closely, engage with EA, BA, BizApps BRM and Foundational Services peers to define and provide solutions to the business Continue to drive improvements in Delivery methodology institutionalizing best practices, governance and repeatable methodologies driving towards full agile and continuous development/deployment. Strike right balance and reinforce sound process, cost efficiency along with innovative solutions• Build and lead cross-functional teams within a matrix organization. Responsible for contributing to setting program goals, plans and schedules, closely monitoring program execution, driving issue resolution and accepting the responsibility for ensuring successful achievement of program goals
