I am currently working as a music instructor, teaching violin and viola to members of the Qatari Army in Doha Qatar and in London. I am part of a team of instructors whose job it is to raise the quality of orchestral playing in the Qatari Army. The team of instructors was recruited as part of Qatar's preparations for the 2022 World Cup. I am part of the seven strong team of string instructors. The standard of our students ranges from absolute beginner to about grade seven and is constantly rising. My role has involved the Qatari students in a group environment and through individual lessons.

During this period I worked as a professional violist, specialising in chamber music and opera. Also playing basoon in the Waterloo Band of the 7th Rifles.Also consolidating position in the antiques industry, expanding into oriental ceramics.

During this period, in addition to teaching harmony & counterpoint, I was performing as a freelance viola player in many prestigious locations in Britain and in Italy. I Also graduated with honours with a B.Sc in Physics at UCL and became increasingly involved in the antiques industry.

During this period, I worked as a violinist and as principal bassoon in the Royal Artillery Alanbrooke Band. It was at this time that I began to change from violin to viola.

During this period, I played violin or bassoon, mostly in shows and operas, in theatres in and around London, often as leader.
