About Vince Hynes, P.E.

I am the son of a construction worker and the grandson of a construction company owner. As a child I spent much of my time at construction sites or in the shop. The equipment and the work that they were doing always kept me intrigued. It was great that they were doing something that would affect so many people. I knew that I wanted to follow in their footsteps, but didn’t necessarily want to be a construction worker. After excelling in math and science I chose to pursue a degree and future in Civil Engineering.I found Redniss & Mead right out of school and was drawn, not only to the small company feel, but the wide variety of projects they had worked on. They have allowed me to find my own way to affect the lives of others as my father and grandfather did before me.
