In 1996 I began my career with a company named CRG. I initially started in market research. My skills in database and computers spanned into IT.In 1998 I helped found NAI Utah now known as NewmarkGrubb Acres as VP of Information Services. My role was to plan and build the IT infrastructure and setup and staff the technology services departments.The five years I spent at NAI Utah gave me a unique perspective on running a CRE firm. As a minor shareholder and member of the executive team I was involved in all facetsIn 2003 I was recruited by a boutique firm named Prime Commercial. My role was to setup Prime for an acquisition by Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and advise on setting up the technology services. My roles were to manage the technology services and manage the network and IT services. In late 2013 Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT was purchased by private investors. I was asked to be the Chief Technology Office and apply my skills and experiences to growing and taking our technology services group to a different level that stays in sync with the latest technologies. Late 2015 and into 2016 saw tremendous growth for CBC on a national level. With the purchase of CBC Alliance's 8 offices, 4 other single office acquisitions, and several new property management offices. By end of 2017 we migrated 22 offices. In 2018 Colliers purchased CBC Advisors. I worked with Colliers IT integration team to migrate 250 users and systems. After the migration was complete in 2019 I was promoted to work for the IT Integration team on a national level. Currently I'm managing various IT integrations throughout the country. In this role it is my responsibility to lead and manage the integration of Email, Network, Server, and Telephony migrations for each new office or business line.

On-boarding of 11 new Asset Services offices located in Arizona, California, and Nevada purchased from VOIT. 5. Implementation of new VOIP phone systems. 6. Design and deployment of SharePoint 365 for file management to all our Asset Service offices from Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, and UtahRecently in 2016 through 2017 we migrated 8 offices and setup 2 new ones. We deployed Sharepoint file services instead of servers. We also used Sharepoint workflows to create onboarding and offboarding tools. Some skills I have added over the last year were creating several scripts in Powershell to administrate Office 365 for over 500 users and 22 offices. -
