Working with the Web Project Manager, I will contribute to strengthening ALTEN Group's online presence and promoting our activities across various digital channels, with a primary focus on the web.

Head of finance -> Creation of an accounting and budget monitoring tool-> Re-establishing links with the association's chartered accountant-> Preparation of tax returns for 2021 to 2023-> Definition of the budget for the 2024 financial year Head of communications-> Defining the annual communications strategy and plan-> Supervising and training a team of 3 people to write, design posts and edit videos for our external communications-> Animation and development of social networks (+37% new LinkedIn followers / +34% new Instagram followers)Head of Network Development-> Operational support for national confederations in difficulty-> Improving internal tools for national confederation audits by creating a web platform-> Complete rework of the annual awards system for candidate Junior Enterprises (graphic charter, scoring system, application form)IT Manager-> Management and negotiation of partnerships for our internal tools (Microsoft azure, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace)-> Managing a team of 2 people, including a Developer and an SEO expert-> Graphic redesign of the association's website

Sales experience -> Negotiation and drafting of quotations and contracts (€56K turnover excluding VAT generated)-> Definition of specifications

-> As UX/UI designer, I helped the company create their application. -> While adapting to their Branding, their target and their objectives, I was given the opportunity to respond to the various expectations that the product had to meet.-> Showcasing my skills while learning alongside their technical team-> Effective design to make the app more accessible and easier to navigate, given the complexities of the challenge.

As a Designer : - Creation of the graphic charter- Creation of the universe (logo, banner, font, flyers, stickers, etc.) - Creation of the app on the Adalo no code platform.- Creation of the no code website on Squarespace- Prism, personas, presentation, competitive research, payment system benchmark.Après avoir travaillé sur les maquettes du site web et la recherche UX qui en découle j'ai participé à la création de celui-ci sur Squarespace.Nombre d'autres petites missions m'ont été donné, un prisme, des personnats, des présentations pour mettre en valeur notre projet, de la recherche concurrentiel, de la comparaison/transposition d'abonnement pour l'adapté à l'application que présente Sesame.
