Dimensions of JV: production 400 boe/d including 2 Bscf/d gas, LNG production 10 mtpa, drilling on 3 platforms, 2 multi-billion projects in maturation (Compression & South Piltun).Accountabilities: Shell representative in shareholder committees (Technical Committee, Commercial Committee, Financial Committee), support to non-executive Shell Directors on Board and Supervisory Board issues, partner liaison (Gazprom, Mitsui, Mitsubishi), ensure robust venture assurance plans (Internal Audit, HSE Audit and Technical Assurance), support NBD activities (LNG Train 3 expansion). Responsible for leading & conducting Value Assurance Reviews (VAR) on large capital projects (> US$ 200 mln capex) and A&D opportunities.Accountabilities: review capital projects from technical, economical, commercial & political perspective and assess project readiness at various maturation milestones (Initiation, Feasibility, Concept Selection, Final Investment Decision). Responsible for all reservoir Engineering work for the Barque and Clipper gas fields (tight natural fractured reservoirs) in the Southern North Sea (operational RE, simulation RE).Worked as Well Site Petroleum Engineer on offshore drilling rigs in the Southern North Sea and New Zealand.
