Appliance World was and is still the premier independent retailer in NY. Was involved in training the sales staff for both locations while I was employed there. was let go after the market crash of 2008 (downsized sales staff)

Store was owned by my uncle Vinny Capuano, former president of KEY NY/DMI. Was trained and influenced by may industry leaders while I was enployed here. Learned the ropes "old school" here. Here is where I learned how to sell to the public and how to negotiate with the industry. Here is also where I learned to teach others how to sell.
