For the past twenty three years, I have been travelling the world advising, coaching and developing leaders, and facilitating senior leadership sessions for multinational companies. I have trained thousands of managers on the art of leadership and the science of management .I gained part of my experience while working with Hewitt Associates in Asia from 1995 to 2007, where I helped multinational companies with their human resource consulting needs in China. I have worked on the development of human resource strategies and processes, large change management initiatives, restructurings, compensation, employee retention in hyper growth environment, in addition to developing and delivering training solutions ranging from effective negotiation techniques to senior leadership development.But my passion lies with helping people become better leaders and since 2007 I have dedicated myself to two areas: facilitating leadership development sessions, and coaching.
