Vincent has worked with MCR since October 2005. Vincent initially began his career with MCR working as an area supervisor involved in the delivery of large scale industrial cleaning projects. Duties included the organisation and scheduling of onsite works, liaising between client site management and MCR site management. Projects included large scale apartment developments such as Beacon South Quarter in Sandyford to prestigious Office Developments such as Riverside 1 for SISK in Sir John Rogerson’s Quay.It was at this point in his career than Vincent learned all the basics of cleaning practices on site and developed knowledge of health & safety practices from basics such as cleaning toilets to more high risk items such as high level window cleaning using MEWPs.Within 1 year, Vincent had started pricing construction project cleans starting with the AIB Building in Ballsbridge, valued at circa €120k. At this point Vincent had formed a team of supervisors below him who were now taking instruction directly and completing the works as per specification issued. Vincent also completed a course in BICS so as to better understand best practice cleaning techniques to be used in the commercial cleaning industry and to pass on these techniques to area supervisors.Vincent has overseen the introduction of new technologies such as the Reach & Wash Cleaning System, Micro-Fibre Technology, and Carpet Cleaning.
