Teamleiter Operations- Disziplinarische Führung des Produktionspersonals (6 Linien)- Umsetzung und Sicherstellung von Organisationsänderungen- Sicherstellung der Plan- & Zielerfüllung sowie Qualitätsstandards- Unterstützung von Verbesserungsprojekten (SHE, 5S, SMED, Internal Logistic)

Leitung und Unterstützung von europaweiten, strategischen Supply Chain Projekten aus der europäischen Zentrale.

Leitung des Focused Improvement Pillar (KVP) im Rahmen des World Class Manufacturing Programms in der Fabrik in Heppenheim.- Leitung & Betreuung von technischen und organisatorischen Verbesserungsprojekten (u.a. durch die Nutzung von: SMED, 5S, VSM, 5Y, RCA, Gemba, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Human Nature etc.)- Weiterentwicklung der Organisation im Bezug auf z.B. Tools, Methoden und Mindset- Factory reporting im internationalen Netzwerk- Betreuung und Forcierung der WCM-Auditkultur
