Instrumental in restructuring the company to ensure future profitability. Direct, manage and oversee all finance functions, including financial reporting, forecasting, cash management, human resources and corporate taxes. Supervise a professional staff of five direct reports. Attend all quarterly and special meetings with Parent Company and board of directors to define strategic direction and provide financial and operating information to the committees. Responsible for identifying and mitigating financial and business risks, establishing and monitoring all financial policies and controls and coordination of all financial and regulatory audits.
