-In charge of Nooter/Eriksen's Warranty Department.-Direct reports included the Project Managers and the Associate Project Managers in the Operations group, and the Warranty Manager.-Responsible for the contract execution of all aspects for the supply of Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs).-Responsible for the contract execution of all aspects for the supply of the solar receiver assembly to our customer, Solar Reserve, for the Crescent Dunes Project in Tonopah NV.-Responsible for managing the Solar Reserve account.-Managed/managing 5 different projects totaling over $165M in contract value during this time-frame. Customers included Fluor for a project in Texas, Duro Felguera (Spain) for a project in Algeria, and SEPCOIII (Dubai) for a project in Jordan.

-Responsible for the contract execution of all aspects for the supply of Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs).-Leader of a team consisting of Drafters, Structural Engineers, Thermal Design Engineer, Systems Engineer, Project Engineer, I&C Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, Scheduler, Buyers, Expediter, Logistics Coordinator and Field Technical Assistant.-Visit manufacturing facilities and project constructions sites on a regular basis.-Liaison between Nooter/Eriksen and the Customer for all commercial and technical issues.-Report to Executive Management.-Managed 6 different projects totaling over $150M in contract value during this time-frame. Customers included Camis Elektrik/Soda Sanayii (Turkey) for two different projects in Turkey, Toshiba (Japan) for two different projects, one in Malaysia and one in Japan, American Electric Power for a project in Louisiana, and Fluor for a project in Texas.

Milan Area, Italy

-Responsible for the contract execution for the supply of the Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) for the Siemens Koln-Niehl II Project in Cologne, Germany.-Leader of an Italian project team, an Austrian consortium partner (MAB Anlagenbau), and a Polish fabrication partner (Rafako) all working for a German customer (Siemens in Erlangen, Germany).-Visit the main manufacturing facilities in Poland and Italy, and job site in Germany on a regular basis.-Liaison between N/E-CCT (Milan, Italy) and Siemens (Erlangen, Germany) for all commercial and technical issues.-Report to Executive Management.

-Responsible for the structural integrity of the AV-8B Harrier as a member of the composites group.-Primary responsibilities involved the composite wing and forward fuselage, including structural repairs to both composite and metal parts damaged in the field, during assembly, and at manufacture.
